Our payroll runs weekly and pay day is every Friday.

What system do we use to view our payroll information?
BroadPath has recently moved away from ADP into a new system Paylocity. If you are just starting with BroadPath, registration for Paylocity will be covered in your first week of training. Please refer to the Paylocity registration document for more information on the Paylocity registration process.

Where will I enter my time each week?
All timesheets will be created and submitted through Bhive. You will receive your Bhive account credentials during training. If you are having trouble accessing Bhive or need help with the application, please contact support@inbhive.com.

Where do I complete my tax forms?
You will need to complete your federal and state tax withholding forms in Paylocity. If this is your first project with BroadPath, you will receive information on registering for your Paylocity account during your first couple days in training. If you are a returner, you will also receive information on registering for your Paylocity account. Depending on when you last worked with us, your previous withholding information may already be setup in your account. We encourage you to double check the information and update as necessary. You will need to complete your direct deposit forms in Paylocity. If this is your first project with BroadPath, you will receive information on registering for your Paylocity account during your first couple days in training. Who do I contact if I need assistance with registering or if I’m having a technical problem once logged in?
Our HR and Payroll teams are here to help. If you need assistance registering for Paylocity please contact hr@broad-path.com. If you have registered but are running into an error or technical problem, please contact payroll@broad-path.com. If possible, please also include screen shot of the error message you are receiving to expediate the response and resolution for your request.

When is the deadline for making changes to my tax forms or direct deposit?
All changes must be in by Sunday to take effect for the next week’s payroll. If you have an urgent need or questions, please contact payroll@broad-path.com.

When is the deadline for timesheet submissions?
Timesheets are due at the end of your shift on Friday each week unless you are scheduled to work over the weekend. If you are working the weekend, your timesheet is due at the end of shift Sunday evening.

If there is an issue my Bhive timesheet, who should I contact?
Your first point of contact will be your supervisor. They will escalate to our support team or to payroll as needed.

I have received a notice that my timesheet was rejected. What do I do?
First, contact your supervisor to let them know. When the notice is sent, there will be details provided on why it was sent back. If you still are not sure what to change or if there is discrepancy, please make your supervisor aware so they can contact payroll.
Second, when your timesheet is rejected, it will be unlocked in Bhive for you to make corrections. Once your corrections are complete it is very important that you re-submit your timesheet. This gives our payroll team a heads up that your time has been modified for them to review and include in the payroll for that week.
Finally, if you are running into a technical issue with your timesheet, please include your ticket number from Bhive support when contacting your supervisor or payroll.
